Responsibility
- Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing to ensure quality control.
- Label and seal packages correctly, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate packing machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily packing and shipping goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to packing, safety, and hygiene.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20 kg) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
