Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of finished feed products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using digital or manual tracking systems to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict deadlines and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, following all company protocols.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline workflows and improve warehouse productivity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to minimize damage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data and inventory systems.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) or spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation (certification is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
