Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
- Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
