Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor production workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate production teams, including Leadmen and line workers.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
- Proficient in using production management software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
