Based in the vibrant and culturally rich regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of operational performance. Responsibility
- Assist the Head of Operations in developing and implementing strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate nationwide operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational agility and scalability.
- Mentor and develop operational staff, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
