Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
