Responsibility
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from vendor selection and negotiation to purchase order processing and delivery coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality material sourcing.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast demand, align procurement strategies, and support business growth objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time procurement practices to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including spend analytics, supplier performance metrics, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and relevant local and international regulations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, including delays, quality discrepancies, or supplier disputes, in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics industries.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with incoterms, import/export regulations, and international shipping logistics is a plus.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
