Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations using proper labeling and storage techniques.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Prepare items for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
