Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring easy accessibility and proper storage conditions.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to resort and cafe locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation is an advantage.
