Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and safety guidelines.
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform regular inventory cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and palletizing goods.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, hazard-free, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate preferred).
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items and remain on feet for long periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from warehouse supervisors.
