Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Bali's logistics landscape is a plus.
