Responsibility
- Assist in daily factory operations, including production line support and material handling.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision (training provided).
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations.
