Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with international and local teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective contracts and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, import/export laws, and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to anticipate demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, finance, production) to synchronize supply chain activities.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, such as lead times, costs, and service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or international trade environment.
- Proven track record of managing procurement, inventory, and distribution in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Knowledge of incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping protocols is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
