Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize storage space and improve workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
