Responsibility
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, accuracy, and movement across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for inventory management.
- Lead and supervise a team of inventory specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize inventory flow and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies, losses, and inefficiencies.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and present inventory reports, including KPIs, trends, and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
