Responsibility
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout to improve efficiency and reduce handling time.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
