Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to customer orders and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital tracking systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment; forklift certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
