Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, conducting regular audits and implementing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and reduce costs.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation scheduling, route planning, and carrier management to ensure on-time deliveries and cost-efficient operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse, logistics, and inventory processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and delivery times, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and company policies across all operational activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align operational strategies with business objectives and customer demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on warehouse, logistics, and inventory control, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Knowledge of local regulations, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO), and best practices in supply chain management.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
