Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on field equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using specialized tools and diagnostic software.
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for internal review.
- Provide emergency standby support during critical operations or after-hours as needed to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during all field activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, and coordinate with procurement for timely replacements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for equipment handling and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and calibration equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic field conditions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for reporting technical issues and solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the Badung region and work flexible hours, including standby duties.
- Certifications in OSHA, ISO standards, or equipment-specific training are a plus.
