Responsibility
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring quality standards are met from design to production.
- Conduct First Article (FA) Inspections to verify product conformity and documentation accuracy.
- Develop and maintain Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Create and implement Control Plans to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) within manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in NPI, FA Inspection, FMEA, and Control Plan development.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and measurement systems analysis (MSA).
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering is a plus.
