Responsibility
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and SMETA standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SMETA, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven experience in leading audits and implementing quality improvement programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
