Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Export Freight Forwarding Division.
- Oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and customs authorities.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the freight forwarding team.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate freight forwarding with broader logistics services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on exports.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and international shipping protocols.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with logistics software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
