Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse layout.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring timely and damage-free handling.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using digital tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (entry-level candidates will be considered).
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle goods weighing up to 25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
