Join The Supreme HR Advisory as an Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Engineering) and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and warehouse operations. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination of materials, warranty claims, and warehouse activities across our facilities in Bali.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization. Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Process and track warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and company policies.
- Operate and maintain warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory movements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driver's License and experience in operating warehouse vehicles.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of RMA processes and warranty claim handling.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Knowledge of engineering logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
