Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate raw material demand forecasts based on production schedules and sales projections.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and production planners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, optimizing working capital.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions proactively by identifying risks and implementing contingency plans.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound material flows.
- Analyze material usage trends and recommend cost-saving or efficiency-improving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate ERP system data (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for real-time tracking of material movements.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on material availability, lead times, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain within manufacturing (FMCG preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles and just-in-time (JIT) methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
