As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and contributing to our clients' supply chain success. This position offers competitive compensation of $2500 - $2900 per month plus variable bonus, along with professional growth opportunities in the fast-growing logistics sector.
Bali's logistics industry is booming, and this role provides excellent stability with a standard 5-day work week (Monday to Friday). Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to company procedures
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks) safely and efficiently
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and containers following safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience (entry-level candidates with relevant training will be considered)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to warehouse locations in Bali
