Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional demand and supply planning strategies to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align forecasts with operational capabilities.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supply chain KPIs to ensure optimal stock availability and cost efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and customer insights to refine forecasting models and mitigate risks.
- Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to drive consensus and actionable decisions.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement corrective measures to enhance performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on planning metrics, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or chemicals.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting techniques, and S&OP processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
