Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality and timeliness standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and reporting issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (if required).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
