Responsibility
- Process and validate non-trade purchase orders in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of procurement documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.
- Monitor order statuses and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and finance teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and documentation for audit purposes.
- Identify inefficiencies in the order processing workflow and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
- Liaise with logistics partners to track shipments and confirm receipt of goods.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities, order fulfillment metrics, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order processing, procurement, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
