Responsibility
- Lead and manage all import/export logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Oversee customs compliance and regulatory adherence to avoid delays and penalties.
- Optimize logistics costs through strategic planning, vendor negotiations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and LMW operations.
- Ensure seamless coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on import/export operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and international trade laws.
- Proven track record in optimizing logistics costs and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
