Responsibility
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and sales forecasts while minimizing lead times.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow.
- Implement and improve inventory control systems, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for inventory and production.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners and inventory staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing inventory costs, and enhancing demand planning accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
