Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align strategies.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier interactions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Resolve supplier disputes and escalate issues as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
