Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards in alignment with company and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels, product defects, and compliance metrics for management review.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product control, quality assurance, or inventory management within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and industry regulations is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities to drive collaborative efforts.
