Responsibility
- Operate and monitor the 25kg packing line to ensure efficient and accurate production output.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely availability for production.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols, including 5S standards, to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Record and maintain production reports, including batch records, quality checks, and equipment logs.
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch of customer orders.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25kg.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
