Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards in storage and handling procedures.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth material flow.
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas, adhering to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making and forecasting.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.
- Handle documentation, including receipts, issuances, and disposal records, with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory as required.
