Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and engineering, to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present production reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
