Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and key metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards and compliance.
- Adapt production plans in response to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or operational constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
