Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment and delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment to uphold safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks while verifying shipment accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics support (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, data entry).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to undergo training (advantageous).
- Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company policies.
