Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to meet targets and reduce downtime.
- Implement and enforce semiconductor manufacturing best practices and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high operational standards.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international manufacturing regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, Six Sigma, or other industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
