Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards and compliance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions to maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required
