Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
