Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics projects, identifying areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in the logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and statistical software (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and database management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, supply chain management, or project management is a plus.
