Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory records.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs.
- Help prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Monitor shipment statuses and communicate updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in logistics workflows.
- Assist in vendor and carrier negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and supply chain performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of shipping, freight, and supply chain principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with data entry tools.
