Responsibility
- Manage and maintain controlled documents in compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and compliance with company procedures.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on document control processes, QMS compliance, and company policies to employees and teams.
- Monitor and audit document control systems to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are complete and readily available.
- Maintain a centralized document repository, ensuring secure storage, easy retrieval, and proper archiving of records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for quality and safety initiatives, including tracking corrective actions and preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in document control, quality management systems (QMS), or compliance roles, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or facility management.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards and their application in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive and confidential documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct training sessions and present information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with teams across different departments.
