Responsibility
- Assist in daily production operations, including assembly, packaging, and quality checks.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow.
- Monitor and document production metrics, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and assist in calibration tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance for management review.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Badung, Bali for the duration of the internship.
