Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics and operational activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and distribution teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Lead, mentor, and train operational staff to enhance team performance.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international logistics regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
