Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations for wirebond and diebond processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all manufacturing activities.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate supply of materials.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of wirebond and diebond processes and equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
