Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations or defects, providing detailed feedback to production teams.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all inspections.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQI, ASQ) is a plus.
