Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end client relationships for logistics services, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, finance) to streamline logistics processes.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) for compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (export focus preferred).
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with Bali’s logistics hubs (e.g., ports, airports) is advantageous.
