Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness in production and delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including production, warehousing, and transportation, to streamline workflows and meet business targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with company goals and market demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operational processes.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
